Reawakening to the Universe within you

Infinite Soul space

Expand, Integrate, Heal, Grow

“We must learn to reawaken and keep ourselves awake, not by mechanical aids, but by an infinite expectation of the dawn, which does not forsake us even in our soundest sleep. I know of no more encouraging fact than the unquestionable ability of man to elevate his life by a conscious endeavor. It is something to be able to paint a particular picture, or to carve a statue, and so to make a few objects beautiful; but it is far more glorious to carve and paint the very atmosphere and medium through which we look, which morally we can do. To affect the quality of the day, that is the highest of arts.”

― Henry David Thoreau, Walden

My Passion, Your Growth

My name is Samantha Supit, and my passion lies in helping others rediscover their most authentic selves, the one buried under years of conditioning and trauma. I help clients bridge the gap between the mind and the heart while discovering their relationship with the Universe within and outside of themselves. Maybe you’ve been exploring the depths of your Being for a long time and ready for the next phase of your evolution, or maybe you’re starting to awaken to the layers of old passed down beliefs or traumas that have kept you from fully connecting with your authentic self. Or maybe you’re simply needing another warm supportive soul to guide you through the difficulties of life to release those heavy old baggages. If for whatever reason you feel pulled to work with me, I am here to hold the lantern so that you may see in the dark.

I am also passionate about helping others process and integrate experiences they’ve had with psychedelics and sacred plant medicines. So much can be experienced in altered states of consciousness. Regardless if your trip was very recent or years ago, it’s worth taking the time to extract the lessons and apply them into our everyday lives to really find the growth and change we are seeking. I have over 10 years of experience working with these plants and substances and have great reverence for their medicines and what they have to teach us. Whether you’re learning to cultivate a relationship with Ayahuasca, Psilocybin, Cannabis, or even MDMA or Ketamine as tools for your healing and growth, I’m excited to share with you the wisdom I’ve gained over the years as a forever student of their teachings.

Psychedelic Integration

Journeying into non-ordinary states of consciousness opens us up to vast arrays of experiences and realizations that can create dramatic shifts, impacting us on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual layers of our being. Returning to normal life after such experiences can feel confusing, unnerving, and difficult. The gap between how we want to show up in our lives and how we’ve actually been living becomes more apparent. How we bridge this gap and create alignment is where our commitment to integration comes in.

Integration requires self-awareness and compassion as strong nourishing foundations. Coupled with exploring new expanded perspectives, learning practical tools, and making heart-centered adjustments in everyday life, the lessons from our plant medicine journeys begin to take root. Thus, moving us towards greater alignment and accelerated growth.

As your therapist, I would love to support you in preparing and processing your experiences with psychedelics/plant medicines. Whether you had a very difficult, beautiful, confusing, or transformative experience, there is always something more to learn. Experiences in altered states of consciousness impact the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of our being. With integration we will dive into these multiple aspects of ourselves, find meaning, and utilize practical skills in order to shed the layers that cover our true selves that is the infinite soul.

“The goal of life is to make your heartbeat match the beat of the universe, to match your nature with Nature.”

-Joseph Campbell

Spiritual Awakening/Growth/Exploration

If you’re lost, curious, stuck, or want to deepen your sense of spirituality, I am here to help you find meaning. There can be many things in our life that can act as a catalyst for our spiritual awakening, and many times we need compassion and support to help us navigate the deep waters of our soul space that we have awakened to. Through present-moment awareness/mindfulness, nature, creativity, expression, etc., we can begin to explore what our own spirituality means and looks like to us. Whether your goals include exploring your life purpose, viewing your experiences through a spiritual lens, or processing spiritual and metaphysical topics, I aim to support your exploration and understanding in a grounded way.

As scientific research is now beginning to catch up with what many Eastern and ancient cultures have always known and what many of us have known intuitively, we can utilize knowledge from seemingly opposing sides to aid in our growth and understanding of ourselves and the Universe. My belief is that where science and spirituality meet is where we as humans can exponentially grow.

“Religion is belief in someone else’s experiences; spirituality is having your own experience.”

Psychedelic and Spiritual Journey Experience

It was through my experience with nature as well as psychedelics that my spiritual awakening began.  I believe there are many paths and catalysts that can lead to a spiritual awakening, and psychedelics/plant medicines being one of them was like the mind-expanding push that found its way into my life at the right time, when I was consciously ready and open for something more.  That catalyst resulted in an internal paradigm shift that vastly changed my perspective and way of viewing my reality.  I awoke to the layers of conditioning unconsciously forced upon me by authority figures, society, culture, trauma, etc. And I had awakened to a connection to something both greater than myself and within myself.  Of course, it’s up to each individual whether to begin the inner work after awakening.  Psychedelics had only shown me the door, but it was up to me to walk through the door and continue to discover myself more and more. This was just the beginning of my spiritual journey. I had a thirst for knowledge and understanding. I read books, articles, and watched documentaries and interviews on subjects surrounding energy, consciousness, quantum physics, sacred geometry, psychedelics/plant medicines, love, and just anything metaphysical, where science and spirituality meet.  Though knowledge is important, it is through experience, application, and integration that knowledge transforms into wisdom.

Besides my own personal experiences with altered states of consciousness, I have volunteered for the Zendo Project, a psychedelic peer support organization that helps to provide compassionate care and aids in transforming difficult psychedelic experiences into valuable learning opportunities.  I’ve had the privilege to be a sitter with guests who were going through these difficult psychedelic experiences at a festival.  To be able to be a grounding presence, without trying to change or shape their experience, while guests go through their own inner journey was a sometimes challenging yet always an amazing and heartfelt experience.

In 2018 I was awarded a scholarship to attend the Psychedelic Psychotherapy Forum in Victoria, BC. I was able to watch and speak with some of the top researchers in the growing field of psychedelic psychotherapy, as well as gain valuable knowledge that continues to inform my work in psychedelic integration therapy.

In 2021 I was invited to be a teachers assistant for the Integrative Psychiatry Institute’s Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Certification program. It was here that I not only had the honor of holding space for others who are excited to learn and grow in this field, but I was able to earn my certification from this program and learn from many experts in the vast world of psychedelics and plant medicines.

As much as I love and will continue to love learning from different trainings on how to best support my clients, I also give my deep thanks to all that I have learned in the plant medicine space. In spaces of ceremony and deep inner journeys. What I have learned through sacred plants medicines have been some of the most impactful lessons and greatest growth I’ve experienced. They have helped shaped the therapist I am today, one who holds great reverence for the mysteries of life and for the sacredness and beauty of each individual’s journey that I have the honor of witnessing.

Approach

My integrative approach in therapy is informed by Somatic-based (body-based) practices, transpersonal perspectives, and Internal Family Systems (parts work). I strive to empower clients, support the expansion of their consciousness, and teach them practical grounded tools that allows them more access and opportunities for self-healing. I enjoy blending creativity, compassion, and humor in a way that allows me to connect genuinely and in a culturally competent way with my clients. Incorporating a mind, body, and spirit perspective as the foundation in my practice allows me to embrace a more holistic therapeutic method, understanding that a “one size fits all” approach is limiting. I also enjoy weaving in different systems/tools such as the Enneagram to help my clients better understand their internal psychological structures.

“Nature loves courage. You make the commitment and nature will respond to that commitment by removing impossible obstacles. Dream the impossible dream and the world will not grind you under, it will lift you up. This is the trick. This is what all these teachers and philosophers who really counted, who really touched the alchemical gold, this is what they understood. This is the shamanic dance in the waterfall. This is how magic is done. By hurling yourself into the abyss and discovering it's a feather bed.”
