Therapy Rates

I offer a free 15-20 minute consultation for introductions and to see if I am a good fit for what you’re looking for.

Individual Therapy for Adults (18+):

50 minutes: $150

70 minutes: $175

Couples:

75 minutes: $190

90 minutes: $215

I do not accept insurance at this time, but I can provide a monthly receipt if you would like to submit it to your insurance company directly for reimbursement. Contact your insurance company to make sure your plan covers out-of-network providers.

Payments can be made sent via Venmo or Zelle, or through a therapist app I use called Ivy Pay that will sent you receipts at the end of each session.

I offer an adjustable rate payment option for clients who qualify based on income or circumstances.
